Pierre Bouché

Scale-up strategist, NED & MBA lecturer

Pierre is a Non-Executive Director and strategic advisor who has spent the last several years helping leadership teams scale operations, sharpen growth strategy, and unlock innovation, from ambitious SMEs to FTSE 250 corporates.

Since founding his own consultancy in 2021, Pierre has advised over 500 SMEs and large corporations on growth strategy, innovation and fundraising, contributing to successful product launches, multiple funding rounds and a scale-up exit. He has served as interim director for a global safe storage company, taking a new product from 4 to over 100 points of sale in four months, and has partnered with consultancies including Hitachi on corporate innovation strategy for FTSE 250 companies. He has designed and delivered more than ten innovation accelerator programmes with the Connected Places Catapult, and currently supports SMEs scaling breakthrough technologies through the HS2 innovation programme. Pierre currently serves as Non-Executive Director for Roadside Technologies.

Alongside his advisory work, Pierre is a lecturer at ESCP Business School, where he has delivered over 200 hours of teaching on strategy, scaling and entrepreneurship to MBA and MSc students, achieving a 9.6/10 average student rating. He began his career at Deloitte before progressing rapidly from Business Analyst to Engagement Manager at 3Horizons, a boutique strategy consultancy founded by ex-McKinsey consultants. Pierre holds a distinction-level MSc in International Management from Trinity College Dublin and a Bachelor's in Finance from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Peter Mildon

Founder of successful VC-backed tech company

​Peter has spent nearly a decade scaling VivaCity Labs into a market-leading AI company, turning computer vision into safer, more sustainable roads.
 

As Co-Founder and COO for over 10 years, Peter scaled VivaCity Labs to more than 130 employees, deploying over 8,000 AI-powered sensors across the UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Denmark and Norway, while managing the company's international expansion into the US and Australia. Under his leadership, the company generated £6.8m in annual revenue in 2024, secured over £45m in commercial contracts, raised £17m in venture capital and strategic equity investment, and won £4m in government grant funding. His experience spans financial control and cashflow management, organisational design through multiple stages of scaling, governance, and complex contract and shareholder negotiations, and he led the business to profitability through a successful 2024 restructure.

Beyond VivaCity, Peter is a Guest Lecturer in Business Strategy at ESCP Business School, sits on the Bridge AI Transport Working Group at Digital Catapult, and has submitted evidence on road pricing to Parliament. He holds a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cambridge, graduating with Distinction.

Ioana Negrila

GTM, BD and sales execution & acceleration

Ioana is a commercial and sales leader who has spent the last several years helping ambitious companies build the systems that turn strong products into predictable, scalable revenue, from early-stage startups to established SaaS businesses.

Her track record spans some of the UK's fastest-moving commercial environments. At Amazon UK, she worked as a Retail Vendor Manager driving vendor acquisition, onboarding and account growth, exceeding revenue targets by 253% and contributing £4.5m in revenue each year. She then joined AWS as its first Strategy and Operations hire within the Startups organisation, building the function from scratch to support over 200,000 startups globally and streamlining operations for a Solution Architect team of 400-plus. At Accurx, she renewed and upsold the entire London region and led the company's entry into a new market within the NHS, starting with no prior market expertise and no ready product. Most recently, as Head of Sales at an AI SaaS startup selling into the NHS, she took on a product with no existing market. She formed the market from the ground up, proved the need for the product, and established product-market fit, then scaled the business from £20k to £3.5m ARR in just 12 months. She also built the sales function from scratch, hiring and ramping a team of six graduates to ~£24k ARR per month each.

Ioana brings deep expertise in designing sales processes, implementing CRMs, and building repeatable, scalable sales motions.
